Welcome to the Physical Chemistry and Photochemistry Group website! We are a research group based at the Department of Chemistry at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

The goal of our research is photoinduced chemical reactions of sulfur- or silicon-containing organic compounds of importance in biology and material chemistry.

Our interest includes kinetics and mechanistic pathways investigations related to electron, proton or hydrogen-atom transfer reactions in organic compounds of biological interest. Additionally, our research focuses on and photochemical catalytic processes related to artificial photosynthesis, especially water reduction in graphene-based materials.
